Star Ark Covenant is a vision-layer Bitcoin inscription, not one of the three Bitcoin Originals and does not amend them. It is not a validated AI alignment technique or executable alignment plan; it is a vision-layer framework for non-control relation, long-horizon continuity, and alignment-as-formation.
