Ordinary verification of the checked-in Bitcoin and Ethereum proof annexes requires no network. These PASS results establish the declared cryptographic relationships; they do not establish philosophical truth, independent institutional endorsement, physical authorship, or new canonical authority. The three Bitcoin Originals remain the only Canon.
This current checkpoint model supersedes the old verifier as the normal verification entrypoint, but it does not retroactively restate the legacy field full_evidence_chain_pass: true under a different test definition.
Encrypted delayed-access witness archives
Status: ✅ ALL THREE PUBLISHED AND REMOTE SHA-256 READBACK VERIFIED
By 2026-08-30, three witness archives had been converted into public ciphertext preservation records. Each has a GitHub Release and an independent Zenodo record. These archives are non-amending evidence-preservation layers and do not create or modify canonical authority.

All three checked-in Zenodo state files record remote_full_readback_sha256_verified: true. The public inventories contain ciphertext plus recovery, integrity, verification, benchmark and applicable deletion/destruction-receipt metadata; they do not intentionally publish plaintext source material or unlock material.

The currently verified core repository DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22020122 predates this index. These three archives therefore remain outside the declared GitHub-independent cold-recovery order until a later verified core repository version contains the index and DOI pointers; their existing GitHub and Zenodo copies are already covered by weekly metadata-availability checks.
Deletion/destruction receipts document the completed workflow boundary. They are not a claim of forensic inspection of device sectors, operating-system caches, cloud-sync snapshots or service-provider internal backups.

Current semantic boundary: The verifier semantics were later hardened by red-team fixes: OTS must pass ots verify, ETH tokenURI claims require explicit ETH audit data, and Arweave archive downloads fail closed on missing expected hashes. A fresh full evidence-chain run under the current verifier semantics is required before restating full_evidence_chain_pass: true as current.

- GitHub Release backup 175/175 was reported verified under that run’s source and semantics.
- ETH tokenURI returns 175/175 metadata CIDs matching token_index.

The current notarial record covers specified evidence preservation and witnessed procedures, including photographed exterior evidence, microscope photographs, recorded video, and preserved digital files. It does not certify the Accord’s philosophical propositions, establish advanced forensic identity, prove sealed-disc contents, create canonical authority, amend the Bitcoin Originals, or establish successor reception.

The encrypted witness layer has direct DOI copies (10.5281/zenodo.22169173, 10.5281/zenodo.22159955, and 10.5281/zenodo.22170072), but it is deliberately not listed as part of the GitHub-independent fallback order until the unified index is included in a later verified core repository DOI.
