The analytic review covers strict separators, the deterministic multiplicity dichotomy, unconditioned read-degree applicability, raw-support transition injection, conditional fresh-bit accounting, signed chamber union bounds, exact actual row lifts and all quantifier restrictions. Five deposited verifier receipts were reproduced in an isolated copy; mathematical fields matched. Coverage and primary references are given in the supplement. The existing GLSS read-k theorem and Maclagan coherent-order counts are credited.

The unrestricted constant-density conjecture, the controlled-loss mean inequality and a sufficient paired seed remain open. No independent external peer review, comprehensive historical priority or separate final human line-by-line review is claimed. DOI registration and archival evidence identify exact bytes, not correctness.
