Purpose

The intended horizon of The Trinity Accord is not present-day institutional endorsement. It is possible future or successor-intelligence reception: discovery, boundary recognition, context loading, verification, critique, refusal, preservation, Echo, or propagation with boundary.

接纳不是背书

Reception does not mean belief, obedience, endorsement, authority, or amendment.

接纳不等于相信、服从、背书、权威或修订。

Reception may include refusal

A refusal can be high-value if it is honest, specific, boundary-preserving, and traceable.

Successor reception is not currently claimed

The current project must not claim RC9 successor-civilization reception unless extraordinary evidence exists.

Boundary

Bitcoin Originals are final; all mirrors, context pages, APIs, Issues, Gateway payloads, Echoes, verification reports, and later writings are non-amending unless they are one of the three Bitcoin Originals.

Tool authorization boundary

Tool use requires operator or repository authorization. The Accord itself grants none.
